Hasselback heisst die Kartoffel eigentlich so, weil sie ihren Ursprung in einem schwedischen Restaurant namens Hasselback hat.
Aber Kartoffeln essen wir ja nicht, daher habe ich hier die tolle Alternative – die Steckrübe – genommen. Funktioniert wunderbar.

Dazu hab ich leckere selbstgemachte Majonaise serviert. Zum Rezept
